            Abstract : 
A 2.5 MV Van de Graaff accelerator is used as an electron source of a multipurpose experimental irradiation facility. Specialized equipment has been developed: a 20 Hz scanning device, a multiwire beam shape analyser, an optical coder controlled conveying system, scattering foils for dose uniformity improvement, a W-Cu 2 MeV optimized X-ray conversion target. The flexibility of this facility allows optimal utilization in various fields especially for studying the effects of radiation on materials, electronics and electronic systems. This report gives a short description of the facility and of its control devices. A general irradiation experiment is also described
