Abstract
This paper discusses field programmable gate array(FPGA) session control software that incorporates the functionality of R-Boot with a client-server model and a custom command set running over a standard TCP/IP network. The ability to remotely access the FPGAs from anywhere on or off campus gives students the unique ability to work on labs and research without stepping in to the laboratory. FSC improves the remote FPGA experience by providing a single GUI-based client and improves lab administration.
