An application of high-order artificial neural network in tax system

This paper presents a constructive method for high-order neural networks with intelligent neurons, the proposed method provides a flexible mechanism for incremental network. In this paper we have done some experiments with tax data, and the result have proved that the high-order neural network have more advantage than standard artificial neural network, such as the convergence speed is faster and have no local minimum, etc.
