Abstract :
Electronic efficiency dependence on electron beam interaction with electromagnetic field in an attenuating section is analyzed in this paper. Itpsilas shown that said interaction leads to a significant decrease in TWTpsilas efficiency. The possibility to increase electronic efficiency by an additional attenuator with relatively small attenuation is considered below. Formulas for optimum position and attenuations of both attenuators are derived.
