Abstract
We propose a geographical information search system for use on mobile devices based on user search operations in local services such as Yelp. We aim for intelligent interaction such as adjusting the search properties to estimate user criteria from user operations on a general geographical search interface. In this paper, we use regions and categories as search property. When a user searches for restaurants in an unfamiliar location by interested category, and retrieved objects are few, our method enlarges current region for adding related objects automatically. We propose an estimating method of user´s search criteria using user´s operation, and develop geographical information search system based on estimated criteria.
