  • Abstract
    The using of large numbers of airborne electronic equipments and electric actuators makes the performance and comfort of new aircraft improved with a leaping development. But it also introduces more harmonics into aircraft power systems. As the specificity of aircraft gird, conventional three-phase four-wire active power filter (APF) has its limitation in aircraft applications. A novel shunt three-phase four-wire APF is proposed. It has the characteristics of high reliability, low loss and good compensation performance. It is applicable to harmonic inhibition of aircraft power system. Moreover, mathematic model of the APF is built; improved current control strategy is studied. Finally, simulation and experiment results are shown to confirm the feasibility of novel aeronautic active power filter.
