Abstract :
The paper presented three methods for synchronization controllers in clamping unit of injection mould machine, which are multi motors parallel connection, serial connection and master-slave connection methods. And it is proposed the architecture on clamping motors synchronization controller in injection mould machine, which using master-slave method for clamping motors synchronization control. The master-slave synchronization control method is used as architecture on clamping unit synchronization control for its highest move synchronization accurate compare with other synchronization controller methods.
