Abstract
There has been an ever-increasing interest in context-aware computing expressed by the pervasive computing community. Without the presence of context based framework, pervasive systems become more incapable of adapting themselves with the surrounding environment. This article describes a context aware policy-based framework for improves the self-adaptability of the system for the multi media services (in our case video over IP). First experimental results show the performance of the system.
