Coal is the main driving force of economy growth. Distribution and consumption of coal has important significance for regional economic development. But regional economic development influence energy consume. The coal resources of production and consumption have analysis in this paper. The result shows the characteristic of different areas have different coal consumption. The first industry is the most important influence of coal consumption. The second industry takes the second place. But the third industry can reduce consume of coal from the root. The economic policy and character of geography can influence consume of coal.
