Abstract
GIS (Geographic Information System)-based three-dimension limit equilibrium model is used to analyze the stability of potential landslide body in this article; The result of the improved unidirectional flow analysis is applied to confirm the then surge hazards when the landslide happens, in the upper reaches of reservoir. Then the influence range of the surge hazard can be visualized in GIS. The result of the study could provide the risk assessment of the potential landslide with an effective and reliable decision-support.
