Abstract :
The paper presents a new structure of the noncoherent PN code tracking loop. This structure is analyzed in noise-free environments and its acquisition and tracking performance are studied. It is shown that a great improvement in performance is experienced with respect to the modified code tracking loop (MCTL) presented by Yost and Boyd (1982)
