Abstract
Distributed generation and storage devices are an increasing component in the mix of electric supply resources, owing to growing user desire for autonomy and self determination of supply in a deregulated electricity market. Many of these resources utilize static power conversion systems as the interface with the electric network. The characteristics of these power converters are often the greatest factors influencing the distributed resource´s impact on issues such as power quality, safety and protection
