            Abstract : 
Summary form only given, as follows. We will describe a theoretical study to evaluate the possibility of using space-charge limited (SCL) MIGs for gyro-devices. Of course, space-charge limited MIGs have been widely utilized in switch-tubes, but have been unsuitable for gyro-devices due to the large velocity spreads associated with the SCL beams.
