Abstract :
This paper presents the one inlet - five outlets droplet sorting device driven by the horizontal pneumatic actuators. The flexible high aspect ratio PDMS wall structures were proposed to realize five different sorting modes with only two pneumatic actuators. This multi sorting device has very simple structure and is fabricated by single PDMS mold process. Five different mode droplets sorting were confirmed using micro droplets from about 25 ¿m to 300 ¿m in the diameter.
