Abstract :
Using facilities for videoconferencing, satellite transmission, and streaming audio/video on the Web, classes can be delivered from a central site to one or more remote locations simultaneously. This paper discusses considerations derived from "user-centered design" for designing and developing distance-education courses in technical communication and human-computer interaction
