Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. Time-resolved measurement of the neutron emission from the dense plasma focus has shown clearly that there are two pulses of neutron emission. The second pulse, which is of strong anisotropy and occurred after the disruption of the plasma column and onset of m=0 instability, seems to be due to beam-target mechanism.
