Abstract :
The α-PbPc thin films are formed by deposition from Knudsen cell in high vacuum. The reproductive switching conductivity effect has been obtained by using AFM with a conductive probe. The switching effect has been obtained on a sandwich-type structure, too. Volt-ampere characteristics are measured on sandwich-type structures in vacuum condition under temperature 323 - 413 K range. A model of conductivity of structure has been proposed.
