  • Abstract
    The sourcepsilas Fourier information could be got with optical aperture synthesis (OAS ) array. Dirty image from the Fourier information was deconvolved to true image by the clean algorithm. And it suppressed the sidelobes arising from the uneven and sparse sampling in the spatial field. The measured Fourier phases are shifted with phase errors due to the atmospheric turbulence above telescopes. Three telescopes were combined to make a closure phase array to eliminate these errors, and the sum of the three measured phases made a closure phase which is insensitive to atmospheric turbulence, where the true Fourier phases are more than the closure phases. Image reconstruction iteration was applied to closure phase equations and source image construction, which included the clean algorithm and closure phase technology. Finally, experimental results convincingly show the feasibility of this method.
