Abstract
We demonstrate a compact, low power 2×2 optical switch with a contrast ratio (21±2)dB over the temperature range from 16°C to 64°C a polarization sensitivity < 2 dB and a propagation loss (3±2)dB from λ = 1520 nm to 1580 nm.
