Abstract :
This paper introduces the features and instructional objectives, and discusses the existing problems in an electric machine electromagnetic field course. Teaching innovations of the course are presented. It is important and effective to choose a certain amount of examples and exercises carefully. An elicitation method of teaching should be used. A computer-aided analysis component should be added to the course. In order to judge the whole studies of students objectively and accurately, the total results of a student consist of his/her test results and ordinary results
