Abstract
One of the key contents to build logistics distribution centers is how to determine an appropriate, feasible selecting position strategy. This paper represents it as a cost minimization problem, which intends to obtain the minimum sum of transport cost, variable cost and fixed cost. Therefore this paper establishes an optimal selecting position model based on transport cost and managing cost, with genetic algorithm, obtains the solutions of this model. The fact proves that this approach has high utility and operability.
