Abstract :
In this paper the problem of fault detection is investigated for the case of a time varying input-output Leontief model with non measurable total outputs and uncertain net product vector. The capital coefficient matrix is considered to be block diagonal and singular. For this model category the problem of fault detection is solved on the basis of the design an appropriate unknown input observer.
