Abstract :
The continual push for lower operating voltages and lower power consumption of modern integrated circuits is making body heat powered devices increasingly feasible. This work presents and analyses a resonance and voltage step-up method for extracting usable power from low temperature thermal sources such as exhaust body heat energy.
