Abstract
Resource management information System is based on system theory, information theory and control theory, facing three major scientific issues that called population, resources and environment. It has received a wide range of applications, such as the scientific management of the resource data to support various types of resources and scientific research activities to meet national or regional comprehensive development and utilization of resources, protection, and decision support, resources for dynamic monitoring, resource forecasting, disaster forecast as well as resource information on a variety of forms of production; and information sharing of resources has played a significant role. We analysis how to restructure resources management information system.
