Abstract
The results of an analysis of the effects of wall shapes on electromagnetic waves propagating around walls of buildings are presented. Analyzing electromagnetic waves propagating through space where buildings exist is very important these days in that mobile or wireless communication inside buildings have become widespread. Furthermore, analyses of electromagnetic waves propagating around buildings which have so far been conducted not considering the shapes of the walls of the buildings now show the necessity of analyses considering the shapes of walls. The results also show that the use of different shapes of walls will make it possible to control electromagnetic waves propagating around buildings or inside/outside rooms.
