Abstract :
Building a virtual enterprise is an effective way to develop project logistics, for the multitask feature of project logistics, this paper build the partner choice model for multi-objective optimization and apply genetic algorithms to solve it, and get the best combination of partners, help the core enterprise to choice partner.
