  • Abstract
    This paper, based on the relation between granule and binary numeral [8] and the transforming relation between granule computing and binary numeral operations, obtained the rough certainty factor and may affecting scope factor through simple binary bit-operations (ie AND and XOR).Hence, we tried to extract rules in DT automatically. The method we proposed has two advantages: (1) No need to set an artifical standard for extracting rules, and just let the data decide. (2) Computers can easy achieve binary-bit operations, and this enable to extract rules quickly.
