Abstract :
This paper proposes a mathematical model to represent the decentralized medium term dispatch of predominantly hydro systems considering individual reservoir representation and network constraints. The dispatch is expressed by an equilibrium problem with equilibrium constraints with price consistency. The equilibrium solutions are compared with those of a centralized dispatch procedure.
