Abstract :
This paper describes the development of interfacing system for glycerin bleaching process. The system is used to monitor and control the temperature and pH of the glycerin. The methodology includes the development of a monitoring and control system based on the use of simple data acquisition hardware module and software tools. The system outlined permits the user to access sensors or control system using a standard platform with a readily available set of drivers. The system is a significant improvement over manual control and real-time recording of data.
