            Abstract : 
This paper aims to present a proposal for developing an intelligent virtual environment based on multi-agent systems, neural networks, ontology and Fourier transform. Its main purposes are training professionals of health field through e-learning and the diagnosis of diseases affecting mammary glands, providing an improvement in conditions of diagnostics in the medicine area.
