Abstract :
The model and Optimization of bidding is the key to reengineering, optimizing, and improving processes in bidding at all levels. The advantages of describing bidding processes by using Petri net are presented in this paper. A stochastic Petri net was utilized to evaluate the performance of bidding processes, for example, the cycle time and resource utilization. On this basis, an approach of modeling and optimizing the bidding process by Petri net is studied as well, and then the bidding process is optimized according to the reengineering algorithm of Petripsilas matrix; finally the optimized bidding process is obtained. This method can be taken to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of bidding processes and also itpsilas very useful for other process modeling, simulation, Optimization.
