  • Abstract
    This paper puts forward two geometry buffer operators with variable weights for a perturbed system. Genetic Algorithm is employed to optimized the action of buffer operators. The results show that, the adjustment degree of such buffer operators to the sequence changes in the same direction with the variable weights, while the flexibility on the controlling strength of these buffer operators is clearly superior to that of traditional ones. Finally, this paper verifies the validity and superiority of the new buffer operators through the example of the energy consumption forecast in China.
