Abstract :
The simulation model in ticket business was analyzed and built based on Monte Carlo simulation method, producing negative exponential random variables with the constraint condition of the threshold time and the maximum number of service windows. The interaction between the average customer waiting time and the number of service windows was studied under the certain condition of predetermined the number of service window at the beginning. The research shows that the number of service windows should be increased by one when the average customer waiting time exceed the threshold time until reach the maximum number of service windows. The simulation results obtained mean contrast in average customer waiting time, the number of service windows.
