Abstract :
The article deals with the problems of quality management teaching. Author connects new ideas with practical knowledge. Teaching is based on a process approach. SW, products show, excursions etc. are prepared. Courses called `the silence´ and `to look around´ are added. Students can participate on the Learning Production Organisation project of TUL. E-learning is a part of quality management learning today.
