  • Abstract
    This article introduced how to use the idea of fuzzy evaluation to study the problem of regional lightning risk assessment. The fuzzy evaluating model is constructed by influential factors of lightning risk assessment. At the same time, the rules and the measurements of the regional lightning risk assessment based on fuzzy evaluation are presented. Based on the analysis of influential factors and combined with examples, this article described the method. Finally, the evaluation method is also analyzed briefly. The result of the evaluation indicated that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is an effective method to evaluate regional lightning risk.
