Abstract :
Regenerative rotary reheating furnace is a new type furnace in metallurgy industry. It can reduce cost and it is low contamination exhaust. But it is hard for the temperature setting because it has complicated field and especial configuration. For offering more conformable temperature setting and for applying regenerative in rotary reheating furnace finer, This paper considered characters of heating pipes and structures of rotary reheating furnace, and advances a precept for temperature setting which colligates mathematics model, fuzzy arithmetic and feedback control. The results indicated that the precept is veracious and celerity and it can be applied in on-line system completeness.
