Abstract :
This Energy is one of the important factors in the economic development. People pay increasingly attention to the energy security which is especially taken seriously by the government to ensure the normal running of the economy. The paper uses set pair analysis and fuzzy approach to evaluate the security status of the oil, coal and natural gas subsystem and finally the whole energy system. The case study shows that this method can transform the qualitative indicator to the quantitative one by constructing the IDC connection degree of the qualitative indicator and then evaluate the two kinds of indicators in one calculation and can simplify the evaluation task. The result proves that the integrated application of set pair analysis and fuzzy approach is a powerful tool in energy security evaluation and gives a new method to energy security evaluation.
