Abstract
The main part of elastic energy during underground and underwater blow-ups corresponds to the surface waves. This fact is connected to the fact that surface waves decay weaker than volume waves. Surface waves play big role in seismology and are observed constantly during every earthquake. In the present paper we will investigate the transformation of the elastic creeping wave of SH-polarization, for the wave going through the layer between two half-planes. In order to find the solution we use asymptotical method of boundary layer and the results of papers.
