Abstract
Current collaboration technologies encompass a broad range of tools that enable groups of people to work together and collaboratively create and manage knowledge. To facilitate the efficient use of collaboration tools, patterns have been exploited as models for repeatable collaboration processes for recurring high-value collaborative tasks. We present Collaboration Patterns Assistant, a software tool supporting pattern-based collaboration by providing the necessary ontology driven functionality that allows the recommendation, execution and management of patterns.
