Abstract :
A terahertz-band E-plane waveguide directional coupler with broad bandwidth is proposed in this paper.It is comprised of two rectangular waveguides which place parallel to each other and share a common broad wall and with three large apertures in the common broad wall. The results show that return loss and directivity of the coupler is better than 32dB and 25 dB respectively from 325GHz to 500GHz.
