  • Abstract
    This paper presents the extension of a scalar Network-Analyzer to a Vector-Network-Analyzer by a simple phase-measurement module. A complete phase-error correction is shown with one matched load and four (offset) shorts as calibration standards. Experimental results measured from 26,5 to 40 GHz confirm the high accuracy of the system.
