Abstract :
In this paper, a fuzzy logic based controller is proposed for sensorless induction motor drives. This controller is designed for fast tracking performance as well as minimum restoration time due to load variations. The proposed controller has two embedded fuzzy inference systems, one is the main fuzzy inference to produce control signal, and the other is the reset inference, added to shorten the rise time of the system without increasing the overshoot. Flux and rotor speed estimations are done with neural network. The neural network for flux estimation is trained with data incorporated the stator resistance variation, so the estimation is not sensitive to this parameter change. To demonstrate the performance of the system, some simulation results are presented in this paper
