Abstract
This paper presents a position sensorless control system based on adaptive observer for low speed and high torque gearless drive system. By studying the theory of adaptive control system, an adaptive speed observer based on neural network is introduced in this system. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed vector control scheme is valid, and the dynamic and static performances are quite well. Furthermore, the propose strategy has stronger robustness
