  • Abstract
    Researchers are always finding out new and innovative ways to impart education. Recently, games on computers and other digital media are being explored as a possible medium of imparting education. The existing games however focus only on sharpening mental abilities of participants. The authors however believe that by harnessing the power of computers combined with the effectiveness of compelling stories and collaborative game-play, better learning can be achieved. This paper looks at a novel educational platform namely FoodForce2 which aims at providing a holistic view towards learning. It aims at inculcating moral values and other cognitive skills through an interesting game-play and customized stories. The paper describes the educational platform and also the effect of imparting education through this interactive platform in comparison to the conventional methods of teaching. The results obtained from various school visits have been documented in the form of graphs.
