Abstract :
The possibility of implementing one-dimensional photonic crystal with controlled frequency properties had been shown. The tuning of the central frequency of the low-loss transmission window had been implemented by selection the parameters of the irregularity in the photonic crystal, while the control of the transmittance magnitude on the selected frequency was performed by changing the voltage on PIN-diodes. The control of the transmittance in the range up to 30 dB in the low-loss transmission window of the photonic crystal in the X-band had been obtained, when the voltage on PIN-diodes changed in the range 400-700 mV.
