Abstract :
The analysis and design equations of the class E frequency multipliers with the switching duty of 50% are presented when their outputs are even harmonics. Consequently, the circuits can be operated by the same driving method as class E amplifiers. Experimental results from 1.05 MHz 2.2 W frequency doubler verify the results of the theoretical analysis
