Abstract :
Automatic emergence of semantics information from resources in P2P networks is key to improving the quality of semantic overlay on P2P. This paper defines an conception structure measure of semantic similarity that exploits the hierarchical structure of an ontology. While Emergent Semantics that means dynamically build new semantic link and create new semantic Interoperability in open and dynamic environments, where interacting Peers only have local and incomplete information. In this paper, we present the ontology model and the peer architecture for emergent semantics in dynamic sematic described environments.
