Abstract :
In this paper, the author discusses designing a wearable PDA called PAD for high-functioning adults with autism spectrum disorders. PAD will enable adults with autism to compensate for many of their difficulties in the areas of social interaction, communication, sensory processing, and higher-order cognition.
