Abstract :
This paper develops a fuzzy adaptive control system for the collecting main pressure control in coke oven. The collecting main pressure system is a multi-variables, nonlinear system. The disturbance, multi-parameters, and nonlinearities are the major difficulties in the collecting main pressures system. The adaptive fuzzy method is used to solve the problem in this paper. The adaptive fuzzy controller comprises of two fuzzy controllers, one regulates the collecting main pressure by the error of collecting main pressure, and other obtains the error of collecting pipelines pressure and compensates the disturbance between them. The experience results show the fuzzy adaptive controller can make collecting main pressure stable in the requirement range and obtains a desired control performance.
