Abstract :
Description of the test installation for the research of transient phenomena in radiopulse autodyne microwave oscillators is given. The results of experimental research of the process of autodyne response formation are presented as a function of changing of the oscillation amplitude. Common and stabilized by external high-Q resonator 8-mm wavelength range hybrid-integrated autodyne modules “Tigel-08” were used as research objects; the modules are performed on planar two-meza Gunn diodes.
